The races will go off in heats every ten minutes. Run in the appropriate heat. The schedule is as follows:
7:00 to 7:10 Race Walking Presented by Racers Edge Photography:
7:00 am Race Walkers - Youth (18 and under)* 20 medals, Open (19-39), Masters (40-54), Seniors (55-70+) 6 medals per division, 18 medals
7:10 to 8:10 Youth Competition Presented by A Snail's Pace Running Shop:
7:10 am - 7-8 years old, (Sub Bantam, birth years 2003+) 10 medals
7:20 am - 9-10 years old, (Bantam, birth years 2001-2002) 10 medals
7:30 am - 11-12 years old, (Midget, birth years 1999-2000) 10 medals
7:40 am - 13-14 years old, (Youth, birth years 1997-1998) 10 medals
7:50 am - 15-16 years old, (Intermediate, birth years 1995-1996) 10 medals
8:00 am - 17-18 years old, (Young, birth years 1993-1994) 10 medals
8:10 to 8:40 General Competition Presented by BJs Restaurant and Brewhouse:
8:10 am - Women (19-39) 12 medals
8:20 am - Men (19-39) 12 medals
8:30 am - Masters Women (40+) 21 medals
8:40 am - Masters Men (40+) 21 medals
8:50 to 9:10 Elite Competition Presented by USATF Southern California:
8:50 am - Elite USATF Women (Open, Masters and Seniors sub 6:00 finishing time) 30 medals
9:00 am - Elite USATF Men Masters and Seniors (sub 5:30 finishing time) 20 medals
9:10 am - Elite USATF Men (sub 5:00 finishing time) 10 medals
9:30 am - Fun Run (not timed)

* $4,000 prize money is only available to current members of USATF Southern California Association. First place finishers in the Youth Race Walking and Running competitions receive a $25 Gift Certificate to A Snail's Pace Running Store. Membership in USATF is not required for Youth participants or General participants. All runners are eligible to compete for medals.
